Surveys & Quizzes
Engage your audience with interactive quizzes and surveys that capture leads and provide real value.
Two types of surveys
Scored Quizzes
Each answer carries a weighted score that maps to an outcome. At the end, respondents see their top result with a personalized AI-generated summary.
Example: "Which Lake Community Is Right for You?" — answers about lifestyle, budget, and preferences determine the best-match neighborhood.
Basic Surveys
Collect feedback or information without scoring. Responses are saved to your dashboard for review. Great for buyer preferences, seller intake, or market research.
Create a survey
There are two ways to create surveys:
Option A: AI-Generated
- 1. Go to your dashboard → Edit Site tab
- 2. Tell the AI what kind of quiz you want: "Create a quiz that helps buyers find their ideal neighborhood"
- 3. The AI builds the full quiz with questions, weighted answers, outcomes, and result descriptions
Option B: Through the Dashboard
- 1. Go to your dashboard → Surveys tab
- 2. Click Create Survey
- 3. Add your questions, answer options, and configure scoring if needed
- 4. Publish when ready
Question types
Single Pick one answer from a list — the most common type for scored quizzes Multiple Select multiple answers — useful for "select all that apply" questions Text Free-text response — for open-ended questions like "What's your timeline?" Image Choose from visual options — great for style preferences or property types Contact Captures name, email, and phone — typically the last question to collect lead info Note: Every question requires an answer before the respondent can move to the next question. This ensures you get complete, meaningful responses.
Results & sharing
When someone completes a scored quiz, they see:
- Top result — Their best-matched outcome with a percentage score
- All results — A ranked breakdown of all possible outcomes
- AI summary — A personalized paragraph explaining why this result matches them (if enabled)
Each completed quiz generates a unique share link that respondents can share on social media or with friends. This drives organic traffic back to your site.
All responses are saved in your dashboard where you can review individual submissions and contact info.
